Thanks to everyone for having me on Friday! I had a blast. Enjoyed rolling with every one and wish I was in a better shape. (Next time I'm coming to train I'll try to take it easy on the partying.) I took a few things back to Detroit that should help improve my game. Again, thank you all!

It was open mat! There was some sort of a competition and Jared had to be there so class got cancelled. I'm a little bummed 'cause I wanted get to LA for the Thursday class with you but my friend didn't want to drive through traffic and on Saturday my friends wanted to go to XS down the street from Luxor. Anyways, I see you in couple of months in Detroit!;)
