Egg whites, oatmeal and/or fruit for breakfeast. normal lunch. grilled chicken or fish with light seasoning and veggies for dinner. No carbs after 5 or 6 pm. control your portions. Limit it to only water for drinking. 5 days out go 2 gallons of water, 4 days out 2 gallons, 3 days a gallon and a half. 2 days before weigh in drink a gallon. The day before weigh ins really limit your water to half a gallon and no water the night or day of weighins. This trick is good but only if your weighing in the day before, I wouldn't suggest it for day of weigh ins. I've cut from 163 to 145 in roughly 10 days. Still got plenty of time, I'm in the same boat as we speak right now though my major vice at the moment is beer.
The real question is are you wanting to cut the weight & keep it off or just cut to weigh in? So water weight or fat loss? both can be achieved in that time frame. I take a supplement called Magma 2.0 by M4 nutrition, it helps me alot & is also a detox. Really tighten up your diet & get lots of cardio & the weight should melt off.

The way Scott described works well. You end up competing at just a few pounds lighter than you are now.

I would ditto the above, cut out candy, junk/fast food and def eat fruits and vegetables to kill cravings. Get a good sweat on the night before, no water before bed that night and then day of no water (just rinse/gurgle to keep mouth wet) and then you can drop 10lbs right there (I was able to cut 165lbs to 155lbs, I actually overcut although another 6lbs and I could've done 149lb that weekend). best wishes let us know how it goes!
if it's to make weight for a fight 10-15lbs isn't to bad it a week...I try to get within about 5-7lbs by the day before the weigh in then cut the last 7 with sauna sweat suit and bike you have to really really limit your water intake that last day i usually just chew on ice cubes and spit them into a cup and no food (if you have to eat 1 piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter about 12 hours into the cut isn't to bad) until after weigh in...then after weigh in lots of fruit organic fruit juice and small health meals (don't gorge yourself)...most important is really watching what you eat in the days leading up to the final cut and make sure you are training hard...and if possable get with a nutricionist to make sure you're doing it a health as possible
