Amazing video. It's more MMA related, but I'm sure a lot of you guys can relate.

It really makes me appreciate my teammates that much more. And I appreciate the brief moments that I get a chance to train with them whether it's two on one drills or just rolling. It's an honor. War Nate. War Trav. War Alves bros. War Team Empire. War 10th planet fam. Can't wait to get back in the gym and get beat up by you guys.

This fact is why I can't watch UFCs at hooters. The majority of the population doesn't have a clue. Unfortunately they do have opinions. Loud obnoxious ones.

You don't have friends you can go with? Usually when I go to the pizza shop with my boys, I'm able to tune the blowhards out and just enjoy with my boys. I'm an outspoken fan though. I yell at the screen often. Hahah. SOrry.

Dave your just as much a part of the team/family as everyone that fights. Without guys like you that give them drill time, rolling time and sometimes just being meat for them to throw around, they wouldn't be nearly as succesful. They need you, as part of their development and as part of their support system. You're a intergical piece of the team, don't forget that!

That was a really good video. I could sit through 30 minutes of that. Dave, you grow as much as they do when we all roll together.

I'll see you guys next week. I took my girl and my daughter on vacation (got engaged too :) ) but when I came back I was swamped with work so I have had to put in some extra hours. THat's why I've been MIA. I'll be back soon.

That episode of JRE was amazing. Chael Sonnen moved near the top of my favorite fighters list after that interview.
