I thought traffic on this tech might be a little lite from the 10p faithful as it seems a bit traditional. Here's something to think about. When I sat down with Vinny I asked him to show me the one series that was the biggest game changer for him. When a multiple world champ says something is important it might be worth a second look. Out of everything he could have chosen he picked this. Just saying.
I like how i think alder or brandon mc said 10th planet is like jeet kune do you incorporate what works , this sweep along with the other techs surely are great for no gi I can sort of see this sweep as a way to a hand on the mat if all else fails or not correct me if im wrong
