I've been working on my double lotus to improve my rubber guard. 95% of the time i trap people in mission control using my left leg(like most people). Now every time i see Eddie sitting in the double lotus he has his left leg on top. My question is to improve my flexibility for my rubber guard game which leg should i keep on top when sitting in double lotus?
Regardless of strong side, stretch both legs equally. Rescue dog may be your only way out.
Stretch both legs. You will always have a dominant side but working on both will only make you a stronger player.
