Damn! No, but I hope you get a speedy recovery!
I did back in high school wrestling. all you need is time. not too much you can do about it. just drill stuff that doesn't mess with it too much.
I separated mine about a couple years back. There are three stages and mine was the least serious, which basically amounts to an over stretching of the ligament. I remember it taking a few months to feel somewhat normal again while doing things like lifting weights, etc. and it still feels weird sometimes to this day. Once I was able to move it around and stuff without too much pain I would focus on stretching it whenever I could to get range of motion and strength back. Also, I dont know if it had any real effect, but I took glucosamine & chondroitin tablets for a while which are supposed to promote regeneration of the ligaments and lube up the joint. Time is going to be the biggest factor though.

I've partially separated them in both shoulders at least seven times(rugby). If you don't let it heal properly it can become recurring, such as in my case. Physiotherapy is your friend, don't comeback too quickly from the injury either.
Once healed I've found chin-ups are the best thing to keep them strong. Yoga helped as well but I've been told by athletic/physio/osteo therapists that any exercises that really work the stabilizers in your shoulders should do the trick.
Sleep can be a bitch as well, if I sleep the wrong way on either shoulder I can be in pain for the day.
Wear the sling! I know it sucks, but I quit wearing mine after like 4 days and it healed all fucked up
mine has been about 9 years now and still have a bump, but the doc told me "screws" was the only other option. Other than the bump I have no other problems with it.
same here. I was off the mats for about 8 weeks. I had the sling for about 4 weeks then after the 8th week i started rolling light. Right now i have a full range of motion and everything is fine but the that bump/bone on that shoulder will probably remain there unless a surgery is required. All in all you will be fine, and also if that shoulder bump is on your strong side (right side), id monitor that especially if you play half guard and the guy on top likes to stay heavy on that side. Hope this helps. =)
I separated my right in the fall of 2011 and I recently separated my left. I went to physical therapy for my right and was able to make a full recovery in about 6/8 weeks. I did nothing for 4 weeks and started some light stuff week 5. My left one is probably more of a AC sprain. I haven't gone into have it checked yet but will probably need to soon. The injury definitely sucks and as most have mentioned, time off for rest is super important for this one. That and making sure you do some kind of physical therapy to strength muscles, flexibility and keep R.O.M. Good luck! :)
I was told after my collar bone was completely separated and the ligament torn off that the
there's nothing that could be done. The only operation available was screws for cosmetic purposes. I just let it go. Anyways, it sticks up about 3 inches and I call it my devil wing lol. I dig it into guys faces as I apply shoulder pressure :-).
