Sometimes I watch Jiu Jitsu videos and weep at how terrible people's wrestling is. Its really an eye opener when I think about some of my skills that I completely took for granted by getting grinded away by a hardcore team.
The hell kinda sprawl was that? That kid was asking to get taken down. Congrats on the win though. Shes def training harder then the competition.
