Bumps on head

This is totally off topic non mma/jiu jitsu related but I get super paranoid sometimes i feel bumps on my head and I freak out thinking its cancer or a tumor when most likley all the bumps are just fat tissue or something harmless. I want to know if im alone or if some of you guys freak out and get super paranoid about stuff like a bump on your head? Haha.

I don't got bumps on my head, but I got one on the left side of my shin, its just a really small one though, but it still freaks me the hell out..:(
