This vid went viral on worldhiphop haha, so much debate though. Trickers are some of the most conditioned people I've met. Even olympic gymnasts who train at the same gyms can't believe how they do some of the crazy stuff they do! Also people have to remember it's not for fighting. Trickers tell people this all the time, but man is it great conditioning for flexibility and strength! :)
