To anyone that trains, how much has jiu jitsu changed your life for the better? What are you doing to pay the community back? We would love to hear your stories.

This was an awesome tournmanet. And a great Episode of Open Mat Radio. This tournament meant a lot to me because I raised money in memory of my mother who died of Lymphoma. My fundraising page is still up if anyone is interested in donating. Thank you to Jon Thomas who put on a first class event. Everyone from the referees to the ladies doing registration at the door were really nice and friendly.
Awesome job.
Tap Cancer Out is great as is Open Mat Radio.
Thanks for supporting Tap Cancer Out. It's awesome that you were able to participate in the event. Our condolences about your mom. If your page is still up we'd be happy to share it through our social media, maybe generate a few bucks. Thanks also for supporting our show. We're trying to cover some different aspects of the jiu jitsu culture in our last few episodes. We're back to the blackbelts for the next show with Sim Go, Laimon's first bb and the head of Cobra Kai Vegas.
