145lber Victor Henry won the Intermediate Absolute at Grappling X the other week, and uses a couple of Rubber Guard basics to setup an armbar then triangle for the win.

sloppy rubber guard against a typical wrestler putting his hands on the mat. anyone with a tight rubber guard game would've ended that one quickly. Nice to see someone working on it and using it in competition though!

True that. Sometimes you can pinch the knees, leg curl and hug that knee all you want and they will get out. Just keep attacking like Victor did and he'll give you something. nice workQuote:
