Is compression pants worth it?

Hey guys,

I just want to know if people here use compression pants when training or rolling. For those that don't really know about compression wear, it tights that compress your body so blood flow more hence you get more out of your training. Not sure if its a gimmick because there are companies out there that sell tights but label them as compression pants. Now those that make legit high end compression gear like body science or skins can be over 100 buck easy.

So two parts: Do you guys use compression wear when you do your jiujitsu and if you do, would it be worth it to get a compression gear that was over 100.

I wear the Underarmour compression (long sleeves) tops to keep me warm and also prevent cramps and any skin you know whats. For lower body I personally just wear the underarmour compression undershorts (under my MMA shorts) and then wear knee pads and the calf and ankle sleeves, I feel like that does the job enough). I don't know if I'd drop 100 for the entire long pants compression, but I suppose if u have the money and are tempted might as well? **not a doctor but did stay at a holiday inn**
