Rain radad footage today in finland. It was in all of them.

Radar glitch... radio wave interference from any number of weather scenarios... or electronic interference. Doubtful that this is a UFO.. Radars are also fairly glitchy and inconsistent in and of themselves.
haha that or that was a HAARP wave. watch out for earthquakes!
