problems viewing techniques section?

hi everyone, i'm a new member and new to the 10th planet system. i have purchased the pro membership to view the techniques as there is nowhere to learn 10th planet JJ in London, England. however, whenever i try to view a video, i get audio playback but the visual doesn't work.

if i highlight the viewing screen with my cursor i get a freezeframe of the particular shot occuring at that moment in the video but no continuous playback.

if anyone could help with this matter or offer any advice i'd be very grateful.
