Advanced rubber guard birthday gift

sorry if there has already been a thread regarding the advanced rubber guard release date but my birthday is coming up and i've sent my girlfriend on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find this book. we are in London in the UK and every site she's visited says the book is currently unavailable. i managed to find an ISBN number for it so i know the book must exist but really am struggling to track it down. also i noticed it isn't available in the 10th planet store.

Has it been discontinued or something?
