Hey 10th planet people how bout some one would break down this sub ....never seen it befor but looks pretty tight!
some kind of reverse arm triangle has it even got an name so i can look it up on youtube?

heard it called several things. Not that tight the way he did it. He kinda stopped short and just squeezed. Usually requires wrist control and inserting your fist between his top shoulder and neck to get the tap. People try his way on me often and you can withstand pretty well, but once that fist is in your toast.This video is close, except he slides that top hand all the way thru. I stop and make a fist right on his artery.
