whats the difference between east coast crackhead and normal crackhead control?

East Coast crackhead is new york with your ankles crossed. I may have jumped to conclusions tho because I can't really tell if dudes left hand is on the mat or not, I just assumed because I've seen Vinny go to east coast crackhead before instead of going right to chill dog :)

Yea, when the hand is on the mat(new york) it's east coast crackhead, if they still have their hands inside on your chest then it's normal crackhead. I like hitting the east coast croc off of there, if my legs are tight enough I'll slide my shield hand over to their tricep and yank it in for a quick armbeezy :)
