The submission itself is not something I created, just the transition from the D'arce. I learned the Arm Coil from my Sambo instructor Igor Yakimov (from North/South Position). I showed him this transition last year, he loved it and stated he's never seen if before either.

No banner in this video as it was from the seminar we had in florida this past weekend.

To be honest id just limp leg out of that Chris.
