just quick question on whether it's legal or not in no gi

I've never done no gi, but i'm moving to Vancouver in 2 years and if 10P gets a school there by then ill def go to that moon. I see Eddie and others wear gi pants, and even see them grip their pants to defend and armbar.. Is this legal? I was just curious .. if it is legal are ezikiel chokes legal if you have a long sleve top on you can grip.

In no-gi, generally you can grab your own clothing in defense, but you can not grab your opponents clothing.

Can't find this one in the locations or hotbox list. Does anyone know if this is still affiliated with 10P in any way? Might be moving about an hour from there so that will be my spot if so.
