Man grease/Foot grease - Still has me LMAO!:D

I noticed one variation that we did in VA that wasn't on the video (just got done watching it), the part about controlling the knee slice in or out with the hand on the knee and using the lock we have on the legs to prevent their movement. I may not be using the correct terminology. Any reason this isn't on the MTS?

Thanks again for the seminar in VA. Being new to the 10p system and teaching myself, it was great to learn the lockdown/min stomp correctly. Used it tonight at the gym, and people wanted to know what I was doing afterwards. I let them jump into halfguard so I could try and work the VA seminar technique live. I really have to do multiple repititions to get this right. thank you for the video, I couldn't drill the technique and video tape it at the same time. Notes don't always suffice.

Grease is serious. If you've been eating greens for the past couple days and eat 1 greasy thing, you notice it as soon as you start sweating. Even something like cashews and almolds, that oil in them adds up and comes out all over the place. Wouldnt surprise me if some people eat greasy stuff before a fight just to be greasier.
