Thanks for the post beautiful technique Ill definitly be putting in reps with this
This should fill in some of the blanks if I can quickly work this into my game. Defo needs drilling. Thanks for sharing, sick technique.
The more I look at it this could be a great response to a popular heel hook setup. If you can beat their attempt to the knee reap with exactly what Jeff does at 2.00 it would end up with you in side control save you getting into an unnecessary leglock battle.
I dont know the name of it but is it clear which heel hook setup Im referring to?
I LOVE this pass. I do this pass the most when I am attempting the No Hands Pass and the opponent turns their hips the other way in order to prevent it. They flow nicely together.
his whole game is like this. jeff is probably one the most fun people to roll with ive ever met
Man, that's some sweet ass passing right thurr, must inject into system :)
Jeff Glover is freakin' awesome.
Thanks for posting
I prefer any style of passing that doesnt involve pressure. This is an amazing drill. Thanks for the thousandth time Jack.
That being said a strong pressure based passing system will open up floating passes all day with their urgency to create space. Balanced attacks are the best because of there adaptability and unpredictability imo.
Glover. Awesome.
