Anyone keeping a smoking journal?
I was talking with Herzog about doing a journal to show my "progress".
I'd honestly like to start tracking my experiences.
How I felt before- anxiety levels, anger, pain, how relaxed i was...
reassess after smoking, then a few hours later. same scale for all 3.
Also including-
what I smoked, how much, which way...
I think it would really help me to track what helps ME the best.
Keeping things methodical and reference-able would probably be a great way to reflect.
Any ideas?
