In my mind it doesn't count when you crown YOURSELF America's team.

I loved this video. Seemed a little odd around the "suburbs" and "little mexico" parts...but that's on them. Personally, cheezy marketing aside, I admire the hell out of Lloyd Irvin. He's got a wicked team reppin for him. That's pretty badass.

EDIT: just watched them roll. Damn he's raising a damn stable of monsters.They roll like they're on fast forward.

PS: Keenan Cornelius worked a bit of truck and attempted a twister. Seems like he's a bit interested in 10th planet?

Yeah the America's team thing is a bit cheesy, but they kind of are. No Americans are racking up medals like they are in the colored belts. The next American world champ will probably come from TLI.

Keenan started as no-gi only. He's got a great shot to win ADCC next year with Braulio and Galvao not in the bracket due to their superfight.

Oh I didn't know that. Makes sense that he'd be interested in 10th planet moves.

That'd be crazy if he won gold at ADCC as a newly minted brown.

Yea man I mean he very well could. Braulio and Galvao would both be the heavy favorites but they are facing each other in the superfight. That leaves Lovato Jr. and Pablo Popovitch. By next Septemeber those could be winnable matches for Keenan and he might not even have to face both, hell or either of them, depending on how the brackets are set up. Obviously anything can happen and there will be other monsters in that division, but Lovato and Popovitch should be the top dogs. Keenan hasn't done a lot of big no-gi comps yet but he says he's just as good if not better in no-gi. He could do it for sure. I would bet anything that he would at worst get the bronze medal.
