I agree with Eddie and Alder. I LOVE the new gym space! It's very big, clean, the Tapout gym members are super cool and down-to-earth, and selfishly-speaking, the location is central (10 minute bike ride from my place). Whether you come by car/bike/metro, especially at night, the traffic is mellow to non-existent...compared to just about every other part of LA.
Everybody that can should come check it out. It's impressive. Classes were huge in the first week. Tons of awesome people to roll with.
