I think that anyone that wants to compete would benefit from this interview. Rader goes into a lot of details about how he overcame some mental blocks.

One of the stories he tells is what his wrestling coach told him after he got beat in a tournament. It changed his entire career. Have any of you had those life changing moments with your coach? What'd they say to put you on a new path?
