A Question..
Hey guys, I've been training for over a year now in Jiu Jitsu. I think I'm doing pretty well for myself, I've been submitting a guy who used to roll with BJ Penn and some of my old high school wrestling champions. I've belonged to grappling clubs but never schools, and I've only been able to pick up things here and there from other grapplers. Most of my knowledge comes from books and DVD's. And ever since I've started I've been using the 10th planet system. But people always are asking me where I learn these moves and I basically have tell them from books and DVD's. My question is since I use the 10th planet system and put it to good use, would I be considered a 10th planet student, even though I don't train at one of the schools? I think being able to refer to myself in such a way will stop people from thinking I'm some white belt douche-bag who can't roll with experienced people.

Of course you're a 10th Planet student! You're learning the 10th Planet system. You're not a student at a 10th Planet school, of course, but you are definitely a Nibiru Warrior :)

Thanks man, the main thing for me is that I just want to represent 10th planet when I do my MMA fight in March.
