didnt take long to download, had a skim through and its got a pretty decent routine, makes a more structured stretching routine than just doing whatever stretches whenever.

Yeah i dont care for it much it looks like he read a few books and made it into a video in his moms garage and office :-/
lol you make a good point, but the guy is incredibly flexible, you dont see it as much in this series. and hey, its free. plus i see how nearly every stretch included has great benefits. it also gets progressively harder, for when you become more and more flexible. everyone has their own prefered ways though, just thought id throw it out there in case anyone wants it.

Its actually not at all. I own the videos and the dude is extremely knowledgeable and it becomes obvious that he has a lot of education in anatomy. He is definitely a martial artist. The dude delivers what he says he will. In the case of that DVD, its increased flexible (and strength) for grapplers.Quote:
