Awesome stuff, even if you don't agree about half guard, or whatever, I think the main thing is how they train
I have really been structuring my classes they way they're talking about for awhile now and guys are improving much quicker IMO, drilling, speed drills, techniques that are all similar, etc...its a different style from the traditional way guys teach, much more professional, more like a sport and closer to a wrestling practice it seems
I love when he was talking about guys talking and yada yada while training, they are all business when training it seems, love it
