Busted Knees
Hey guys, Looking for a bit of info from anyone and everyone with knee problems... After a few years of grappling ( mostly wrestlings to blame :) ) I have to decided it was time to accept the fact i need some knee supports.
Anyhow, Question is... what is the best support to buy? brand and type wise? Does anyone have a preference?

Hey Bres,
My knees were fucked geneticly and from basketball before I started JJ. So from day one I wore knee pads, melee still sells the knee sleeves I believe.
Otherwise I went to mmafactory.com.au and got myself the Brute knee pads and they've been awesome.
Two years running hardly any movement or looseness in them.
I hear the Adidas ones are good too.
However you should see a professional in case your band aiding a bigger problem, you may have a loose patella for instance and require a different kind of knee pad.
Hope that helps

Yeah, the melee knee sleeves are really good :)

Sweet guys, Cheers! Thanks for the help. Just didn't want to get a pair that were crap. I shall pick up a pair of melee sleeves. Seeing a specialist now too as i want to get back competing in some submission tournaments again!
