For some strange reason as of late, Cora's been hunting for that Gogoplata. Here's just a sample.

If she keeps at it, in a couple more months, I think the Gogoplata/ Carne combo will be very comfortable for her like the Triangle.
Awesome dude. Gogo's are addictive, I know how she feels. I literally spent 6-8 months pretty much solely hunting for gogo's. Now it is anything deep hook, spider web, and a bunch of twister side stuff. I love getting obsessive about that s#*t. :)
Last night she ALMOST got another gogo on a boy that out weighs her about 45 lbs. She almost had it set in, but the boy just too big and strong, so he stacked her for a good minute before she decide to let him go. I didn't want to coach her while its happening, I want to see what she is thinking about. If she would just turn it into the CArne, it would have been AWESOME!!!
I can truly understand where you are coming from Sam, JJ has so many great moves that make you feel like a kid in a candy store, with us not having enough time to train on all of them. That is why we have to take it nice and slow....that is why people say that JJ is a marathon, a journey. Now I know.
Gogos are how you beat giant beasts :)
Other than switching to Carne, what other things you can do to provent stacking when doing the Gogo? Thanks
From a stacked defended gogo, I hunt for the far wrist and go 2 on one to Straight Jacket.
We tried that many times...but what if the other person is just so much bigger and stronger than you, will that still work??
everyone is bigger and stronger than me, so yes. It is your two hands and your core against one arm. You can also Hazlett.
