6 hours. That leaves you with 18 hours left to train.
9 hours if I can. The older you get the more you realize getting at least 8 hours is SUPER important.
I usually get about 6 hours on the weekdays and like 10 hours on the weekends. I wish I can get 10 hours every day but its nearly impossible with school

I lay down at 11 and I wake up at 730. So around 7 1/2-8 I would say.
4 hours. When the rest of the world is sleeping I am still crushing shit. I wouldn't sleep at all if that was physically possible and sustainable.
Agreed. Over a long enough time line your body gets used to running off 4 hours. Bulletproof coffee helps, but i would say once a month(usually a Sunday night) I crash out with the baby girls at about 7:30pm or 8pm and sleep straight until about 6:30am or 7am.
8-8.5 hrs almost every night and really need it. It is OK to have some 5-6 here and there, doesn't throw me of too much.
Josh, you are an animal!! My step father was, and still is, a champion body builder/ weight lifter. Until he retired he only slept 4 hrs a day for as long as I've known him. He is like 70 now and still competes all over the world and is in very good health, so I don't think it hurt him too much.
