I've just started traingin Jiu-Jitsu, and I was wondering if you have any tips or things to expect as I start my journey down this road. Thanks.

Don't get discouraged. You'll crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. Then, after you got the running down, you'll break the surface and learn that there are marathons, triathlons, and mud runs, and you'll say to yourself, "Damn, I got a long way to go. But I love running so much, that I'm gonna keep going."
Never stop. Ever.
Keep training. Repetition is key. And tap..lots
Be prepared to tap. It happens to all of us, there's no shame in it. Just learn from everything :)
Come as often as possible. This may mean cutting out time with family, friends, girls, tv, etc...
Be prepared for frustration but stick with it! Take your time with everything and pay microscopic attention to details. Tapping 1000000000000000000000000+ times will only make you better! Just have fun! You will meet amazing people, learn about yourself, and learn how to improve yourself inside and outside the gym.
Spend most your time practicing basic techniques
Just don't stop dude. I did and haven't gone back it's been 7 months. To be fair I haven't found a place here that offers any no-gi classes. Where in Houston do you train I see GB where exactly is that.
