My 10th Planet Melbourne experience

Over the past 4 days I have had the great privilege of training down at 10th planet Melbourne with Master Frank Barca. I live Sydney which means that I had to fly and stay in Melbourne just to train in the 10p system.

After spending four days getting privates and regular classes i would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of gong there to improve your game to do it.
When I first arrived I was felt welcomed and accepted, I showed Frank some of my basic 10P moves and with in an instant he was able to deconstruct and reconstruct my technique to make it more efficient and effective. Frank's teaching technique was awesome The privates were awesome, not only did I receive much needed technical advice on my game but also the mindset and mental advice which was really cool.

I also attended the regular classes, here we drilled discussed and asked questioned and the system and I really enjoyed this format of training.

The vibe and culture down at Melbourne 10P is great I would love to come back again.

Overall all awesome gym made me feel like one of the crew and I even got lifts home after training so I didnt have to use public transport :)
