John: he has the Mastering the Rubber Guard book, and he told me he start to read it but gave up because it might not fit what the head coach wants him to do. I have been talking to him a lot about putting 10thplanetJJ into his game. He is already a top level blue belt, can you imagine how deadly he will be with 10thplanetJJ in his game?? Even if its just the rubber guard. Needless to say, he end up lending me the book....LOL IN some of his fight, it looks like he wants to pull the RG but didn't go through with it. I will talk to him more, I'm not giving up on him.
