Conquering oneself is greater than to conquer hundreds in battle~ Comp Videos
Hey guys.
Did my second comp last week. Won 1 Lost two.
Unfortunately i screwed myself with taking a chewable vitamin-C with breakfast. it didnt go past my stomach with breakfast. Felt week warming up and going into the first match. Threw up pill ooze after each match. It really zapped me. never make that mistake again.
Anyway, there wasn't anyone in my weight and experience (novice 163-176) so I had to join "Intermediate 176-189" and "Advanced 163-176".
I learned alot from this experience. And finally joined a JJ school. I only go tues and thurs for NOGI. The instuctor is a Relson G. brown belt that fights MMA on kauai. hopefully I'll be able to teach him something about the system.
Still mastering the system alone, but at least now i have good guys to practice on.
