Here is the 1st episode of Cora's "Unleashed" recorded on 5/17/13. As you can see we are new at this and just basically having fun taping our rolling. And before any smart people get a chance.... YES I'm FAT!!!! lets get that out of the way.

Very cool. I always wonder how long I can roll with my daughter. She's 8 and I'm always afraid that when she gets older I won't be able to roll with her. Glad to see you can still roll with Cora when she's 10. Very cool.
Thanks guys. You know all the screaming and moaning that i'm doing are real. While we are rolling, even though I'm the one who teach her, I still get caught in it. Sometimes her legs just come out of nowhere and catch me. So I don't know how much longer I will be able to roll with her. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs and get to 140 so I can roll harder with her without crushing her. Like I said before, I love rolling with her and when ever I get in shape, I'm sure it will be even a better roll than now. This was done on the 1st take because it was so HOT and humid in my garage.

LOL I won't survive a minute with a grown man crancking on my shoulder. Yall don't understand what I'm talking about until you see my X ray. Even rolling with Cora, she can only attack my left arm. Better be safe than sorry bro. I have mouths to feed.
oh didnt know anything about that, you could still take classes and not roll, but like you said, better safe than sorry.

You would actually understand what you are teaching Cora too. You can teach Cora technique from youtube etc all day but 99% of the time they don't 'troubleshoot' in those videos, work the path beyond the end tech (stuffing the technique at certain points). Even body shapes etc can change the way someone might use a technique.
I once went to an MMA academy in the UK where the instructor was teaching jiujitsu/no-gi but yet had never rolled a day in his life. Lets just say in his instruction he was missing out small but super important nuances to the technique. If he had rolled before and regularly he would have known that. ;)
