so i made my mma debut and got caught fast in the first, its wierd because my chins pretty good but i guess he just got me perfect, my question is for those who get koed, how was bouncing back, im 18 so i kno ill be fine, i just want to know if its something that you can recover fine from, because i dont plan on stopping
Dont let your first KO worry you. Just follow the doctors orders.
Most people that start seeing problems dont get it from what happens in the cage. Its usually from what happens in the gym. Just dont train like the old Chute Boxe, and fight to the death in the gym every day all day. Keep your sparring sessions safe and controlled and work on your technique, skills and footwork. When you get rocked pretty good, there's no shame is taking a break or even calling it a day. As Ive said before, I plan on still doing this late into my old age...

You should recover fine. Follow the docs orders! I know of bunch of fighters that have been knocked out a couple times and still fighting. It starts to add up though so keep your eyes open, your chin down and your hands up!
Just avoid doing this and you'll be ok, well as ok as an MMA fighter can be, it's relative ;)
