Anyone heard of these?
I have lower back pain - gets relieved when I properly stretch my glutes and fully warmed up.
BUT, I've always noted these lumps which move round on their own. Thought it was muscle knots but apparently not.
Recently read this article on them

Anyone had any experience with them? My chiropractor said they can be destroyed - but everything I've read so far has mentioned surgery as the only way of removal.
