shroomtech is a good pre-workout but kind of expensive. post i just try and eat good and maybe a protein shake immediately afterwards.

Post - Add Carbs + Fats + Creatine + Glutamine to same whey shake which u had above.
This is what i used and saw few of my frnds using.
Most of the preworkouts are just a bunch of sugar and caffeine (marketing hype).
Like the other guys are saying maybe some fruit and whey. You can add a bit of green tea if you absolutely need the caffeine that most preworkouts have.
Post you want to take in carbs within an hour of working out and lean meat protein or whey. Getting your nutrition through actual diet vs. supps is always suggested.

Dark rage is a killer product. I wouldn't run or try to do anything cardio wise or you'll probably die, use it only on lifting days where you're really trying to push yourself. They told me at the store when I used to buy it to only take half a scoop even though I weighed 235. Trust them when they say half a scoop is enough. The taste is awful but it's literally the best thing I've tried. I've used jack3d, 1MR, C4, GAT, and pretty much any other Pre supp you can take.
For me It's:
Pre= BSN Hyper FX or (original N.O.xplode, but they don't make that anymore)
Post= BSN Syntha 6
