how do you get to where you can upload your photos
On the forum? I think if you click Insert Images (to the right above in the textbox) you should be able to upload a photo (like so):

If you're trying to upload pictures from your computer it seems like you have to upload to a photo host like Photobucket. I haven't been able to get it to work straight from my computer before. If you're trying to upload from a site make sure you get the right URL address.
yea im having problems with it does photobucket charge
