I filmed some instructional videos about a year ago when I was teaching the NOGI program at Gracie Barra Twin Cities, MN. A buddy of mine just sent me this link with BloodyElbow using one of those videos. Kinda weird having a video mixed in among Jeff Glover, Ryan Hall, Andre Galvao....etc.
