Hello my 10th Planet brothers and sisters.
I want to thank all my regional brothers and sisters for making it out to the the academy today for training and for attending the HQ Drills seminar. I had a blast and appreciate the hell out of all of you for taking the time to travel down from your respective regions and from interstate to tighten up the HQ drills. I had a blast teaching the details and I am sure your game will improve significantly if you work those two man sequences regularly.
I also want to thank Jeff Weber who made it out to the morning session. Jeff trains with Denny Prokopos at 10PSF who was here on business and took full advantage of the Melbourne affiliate training session. It was a pleasure meeting and training with you Jeff.
Overall, it was a huge day for us and the first time I have taught those drills in a seminar format. It went really well from my perspective and I hope to see you guys again soon.
Thanks to all the guys and girls from Tasmania, SHepparton and Mt Gambier for coming out for the seminar. Its always awesome seeing you guys.
Frank, it was an amazing seminar Iv been training with you for years now and everytime I see you we have a great time.
I'm always coming away with SO much to work on, Nat and I coming up from Tasmania and the Shep and Gambier guys we have all talked about how much we learn from you and the enthusiasm that you show towards the system that rubs off on the rest of us!
Thankyou so much man, the time you give us ON and OFF the mats is incredible and I value every minute of it.
Also thankyou for your hospitality, staying with you and your wonderful family, laughing our asses off, we had a ball!

The energy in the gym was amazing today! It was so great to catch up and roll with such a bunch of monsters!!
Frank's seminar was fantastic, I picked up so so many tweaks that will work right into my game!
Thanks again to Frank and everyone for their hospitality, we always feel at home when we're in Melbourne!
