So I've got my first tournament coming up in November. It marks the first competition I have entered since 2008. This will also be the first time I am competing since joining 10PJJ.
So any tips and encouraging words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.

Believe in yourself and your Jiu Jitsu. Be a good sport and have fun, no pressure!!! And take video!
Be YOU! Play your style of JJ infused with 10P, don't copy anyone else's because everyone is different. All the advice above is excellent as well!
