Submission only really is the way forward

Participated at 10th planet Birmingham's local submission only event. I found it very refreshing and a different style to grappling, it definitely made me look at my overall game, especially towards MMA when you have an anti grappler. Iv'e competed regular in the BJJ circuit and this was something new. Thanks to Chris Garry and Mick Broster for hosting it.
