So I'm NEW to all this stuff. Been working with the team in Clare with Brett Sbardella for about 4 weeks. Checked out the HQ warm up videos today. Didn't see anything I haven't been introduced to. I'm guessing that I must be starting to get this stuff in my head my body just needs a ton of reps!

WOOOO great job Cheryl i wanna say your dedication and motivation to learn has deff re-motivated me to get it 100 sometimes you just fall into routines just to do them but forget why you do them in the first place :)
