YAY Im back and better than ever.

i dont usually put up much personal stuff but its jiu jitsu related. ive been out for the last 3 ish months getting my knee fixed up and ready to train again and i had my first lesson back today, where my partner said my pressure from top is way better, and im clinching harder and moving well.

ive been going a bit crazy without jiu jitsu, and tbh i thought i had lost a bit of passion for it. but being able to train has set a fire in me and im super super happy, no more sitting around at nights being bored.
