What are all of the techniques/transitions to the truck? A friend of mine is great at RNC's but has trouble getting to the back, so I wanted to help him by showing him the truck.

What are all of the techniques/transitions to the truck? A friend of mine is great at RNC's but has trouble getting to the back, so I wanted to help him by showing him the truck.
Entries to the truck are virtually infinite.
Positions you can enter the truck from I can think of would be;
Side control opponent turns in
Side control opponent turns away gets to knees
Side control opponent turns away goes belly down
Back control
Deja vu (the truck to the truck)
Switching the truck
Passing the guard (double under pass)
Turtle
Sprawl
3/4 mount
Single leg td defense
The switch
Scrambles
Hip bump sweep counter ;)
Get "Mastering the Twister" DvD or Book, they are all in there.
Ha I was coming in just to say this. Glad I got it on the pre-order deal. That DVD is friggin awesome. I love watching it blazed. Now I'm not saying watch it after smoking. I'm just saying you might like it more if you did.Quote:

I have the same problem, hit over unders for RNC all the time, but haven't hit the transition to the truck will rolling, guess I need to drill it more. (also have twister DVD)
