Minutes to Midnight was okay, but I have to agree for the most part that they haven't put out a great album since Meteora. Some decent stuff here and there, but nothing exceptional.
Because Chester lost his angst, Mike Shinoda is kickin it with Jay-Z to much and they are giving Mr. Han to much creative say in their music. I mean do they even fucking have a guitarist anymore? Linkin Park when I first heard Hybrid Theory personified teen angst and finding yourself, not this pseudo-political nonsense ambient noise they are putting out now. I am all for exploring new creative directions but they straight up abandoned what made them great in the first place to try to stay relevant.
