Great seminar yesterday at the 10th Planet, Richmond!!! Big thanks to Eddie for coming to the Midwest and big thanks to Scott for hosting!! We stayed overnight and trained with Scott and his crew next morning. Everybody at his gym is super cool and deadly on the mats!!! Awesome group of guys and girls, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you all! thank you for your hospitality and all the great training!! we will be back!!!
