A live instructional feed that you can't rewind, fast forward, or have critique you in real time. The whole point of the seminar is the live feedback and game tweaking. Just having Eddie not tell you that you are fucking up is an accomplishment that can't be gained through something like this.
It's not like he's charging an arm and a leg though. So I guess it is what it is. Seems like something a group of 6 guys could throw a party around at their gym.
